West Berkeley Fencing Club is the only 3-weapon salle in the San Francisco’s East Bay Area.

Our certified fencing master and coaches, formerly of Swordplay in Concord, teach competitive and recreational classes for kids and adults.

Located in Alameda County, West Berkeley serves local cities Oakland, San Leandro, Albany, El Cerrito, Rockridge, Piedmont, and Alameda as well as surrounding areas of Contra Costa county: Orinda, Lafayette, Moraga, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, and San Ramon.

Some of our foil, épée, and sabre students come from Vallejo, Benicia, Dublin, and Pleasanton to learn Olympic style fencing in our fully equipped gym with with electric scoring equipment.
