INSTRUCTION

We offer group instruction at beginning, intermediate, and competitive levels for kids, teens, and adults in all weapons.

All classes and training programs are led by credentialed instructors. Programs are divided by age or experience level.

Individual lessons are available for those who prefer a one-on-one learning environment. Individual lessons are intense, detailed, and tailored to the student’s athletic ability and goals.

We are offering both in-person and online instruction.
